FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: osteomuscular graft including a fragment of the inferior angle of scapula is created. It is followed with the longitudinal osteotomy of the graft with creating flaps of bone connected with a muscle sleeve. The graft is arranged within a point of reconstruction in the upper one-third of humerus through a canal formed between the teres major muscle and teres minor muscle and further under the long head of the triceps. The graft is fixed to a recipient bone.;EFFECT: extended osteogenic surface area of the graft, enabled long-distance movability of the properly supplied graft.;1 ex, 16 dwg
