DEFLECTOR DEVICE FOR WINDOW CUTTING IN CASING PIPE OF WELL

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: deflector device for window cutting in casing pipes of wells includes deflector wedge, in which deflecting part is arranged with inclined surface in the form of chute, and spacer part, including a guide in the form of T-shaped ledge. Spacer part is fixed to support by cut threaded elements, and also comprises a milling tool fixed to deflecting part with the possibility of disconnection. Plate, having teeth on external surface and slot matching T-shaped ledge of guide in spacer part on inner side, is connected to spacer part. Deflector device comprises a support cartridge fixed to spacer part at support side. At the side of spacer part end directed towards support cartridge there is a through slot, which communicates guide in spacer part to cavity of support cartridge, and also comprises a flexible spring, with the help of which plate and support are fixed to each other by means of through slot. Support is arranged with the possibility of sliding inside support cartridge, and deflector and spacer parts of deflector wedge are arranged as detachable, each in the form of a separate module, which are fixed to each other by means of wedge clamp.;EFFECT: increased reliability of deflector device, prevents accidents and reduces cost of drilling works, provides for clean milling with smooth edges, increases accuracy of windows cutting in casing pipes of wells in a single trip of drilling tool.;7 cl, 7 dwg
