METHOD OF LAPAROSCOPIC OVARIAN TRANSPOSITION IN RADIATION THERAPY OF UTERINE NECK

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncogynaecology. The ovaries are excluded from the radiation area. They are fixed during transposition. Pulsations of blood flow amplitude in the ovarian artery of a pedicle is monitored, and when observing the decrease in blood flow pulsation amplitude, further ovarian transposition is considered to be impossible and the ovaries are fixed in the peritoneum or the subcostal area. Blood flow pulsations in the ovarian artery of the pedicle is monitored with the use of an optically coupled isolator with an open optical infra-red channel integrated in a laparoscopic clamp used for the ovarian transposition; the presence and intensity of blood flow pulsations are indicated by a signal amplitude generated by a photodetector of the optically coupled isolator.;EFFECT: method allows avoiding disturbed circulation in the transposed ovaries that promotes preservation of their function after the surgical or combined intervention.;2 cl
