FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method of determining salt components of boiler water with calculation of concentration of ion impurities from the change in specific conductivity of H-cationated samples is characterised by that, values of specific conductivity in H-cationated cooled samples of feed and boiler water of a drum-type power boiler are measured, concentration of sodium chloride and trisodium phosphate (Na₃PO₄) in the boiler water of the salt compartment is calculated using given relationships.
