FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: in order to locate a radiation-hazard area, a defined type of radiation spectrum of radionuclides 56Mn and 24Na is detected at three points of the area with fixed radiation intensity value. The ratio of the obtained radiation intensities of the said radionuclides and their specific activity are calculated in order to obtain data on time of explosion and power, as well as data on the calibre of the ammunition used.;EFFECT: obtaining initial data on space-time characteristics of explosion of neutron ammunition, used when determining radiation environment when an enemy uses nuclear weapons.;2 cl, 4 dwg, 3 tbl
