FIELD: engines and pumps.;SUBSTANCE: rotor winding electromagnetic time constant variation is continuously watched in operation, said variation being caused by winding heating and motor magnetic circuit saturation. From said variations, rotor slip frequency is corrected to make rotor relative slip frequency stays constant, equal to preset value. Note here that said variations are measured by standard control system means to determined electromagnetic time constant in real time scale in actual operating conditions. Control method is implemented using microprocessor control means. Results obtained are used to correct algorithms of motor control.;EFFECT: continuous and adequate faultless control, simplified and cheaper design.;1 dwg
