FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: emulsion is diluted with water at least in five stages, at that reducing the concentration of surface-active agent in two times after each dilution. The interfacial tension is determined. Creation of the curve of surface tension at the liquid-liquid interface of the surface-active agent concentration is carried out. Emulsion is held at each stage to its full coagulation.
