The technical result of the utility model is to expand the functional capabilities of the device, i.e. the use of intraurethral electrode not only for electrophoresis, but also for galvanization of the prostate, as well as reduced losses in the procedure of the drug and improve its penetration into the prostate tissue. The technical result is achieved in that the electrode is provided with a urethral balloon at its proximal end and three lugs at its distal end. At the proximal end of the catheter provided with holes, not less than two. Urethral electrode conductive element is a metal cylinder with a length of 1.5-2.0 cm, with lateral openings aligned with the holes formed on the proximal end of the catheter.
