The invention relates to power engineering, in particular to the energy storage devices, supermahovik, energy saving devices. Proposed energy storage-based ultra-thin-walled hollow rotor which is able to accelerate the accumulation of consumed electrical energy in the form of kinetic energy and can be braked to transform the accumulated energy into electrical energy for transmission to customers. Also, the unit serves and the band energy storage units containing several synchronously operating such devices.
