The proposed technical solution is aimed at eliminating waste storage facilities (oil sludge) and obtaining a boiler fuel or recycled for the bitumen, which allows to solve the problems associated with the environment, and the economic effect in the form of secondary energy or raw materials. This object is achieved by the fact that the mobile production line for producing of oil sludge boiler fuel or raw material for the production of bitumen comprises an intake device provided with a mesh filter which is installed on a floating pontoon, placed directly into the sludge collector with thermal registers to which a steam generator line supplied hot water or steam, the main pump, an intermediate container fitted with a compressor, a dispenser for supplying a chemical reagent and a vacuum pump, hydrodynamic mixer cavitator.
