The invention relates to a controller and can be used in machine tools with TNC PCNC class for constructing adaptive processing process control system.; interface controller includes analog switch to connect the analog sensor, an analog-digital converter (ADC) of the signals from the sensors, a microcontroller, provides control of the switch analog signals and ADC buffer register which is for storing output data in the CNC, optocouplers for the electrical isolation of the controller circuits interface module and digital input-output TNC signal converter RS-232 serial interface voltage level to connect Controllers EPA interface to the PC. The present invention using a positive effect, consisting in expansion of functional possibilities of the machine tool with CNC PCNC class by an external feed control and cutting speed of the PC in the construction of an adaptive control system.
