The technical solution relates to actuation systems of passenger car electric equipment, and may be used as a support system, providing at low ambient temperatures job communication and navigation systems installed in the passenger car. The apparatus it comprises a base on which two DECT base stations are placed, a part of the antenna module and the cover is closed, and the heating element are fixed two each of which is mounted for heating a DECT base stations at low outside temperatures.
