The invention relates to a system and apparatus for providing market research, in particular for the examination and evaluation of customer satisfaction with the quality of goods and services. But it can also serve as a tool for survey of consumers with unlimited variability issues. The technical result of the proposed utility model is to provide the possibility of producing evaluation of customer satisfaction. The technical result is achieved in that the metering device that serves the subject of registration and transfer of information, contains, with the help of a bank of questions and push-button console which consumers respond to appropriate questions. Information on presses supplied to a means of collecting and processing information, which generates the required report. Additionally, the system may comprise a server, which is integrated in the means for collecting and processing information, wherein the metering devices are connected to the server via the communication channel, as which may also act as the computer network. This will expand the scope of the system and facilitate its implementation. The system can be configured by connecting the circuit of metering individually to personal computers of operators. Additionally, the system may include a bar code reader or a card reader. Keypad metering console may be configured as a touch panel. The proposed utility model can be successfully applied to the construction of evaluation system of customer satisfaction, assessmenta systems personnel services, including on a commercial scale.
