The system has atomizer nozzles (8) connected with a tank (12) and a pump (13), and needle-shaped ionization electrodes (6) attached to a ventilation channel (1) to ionize air and charge disinfectant particles, which atomize and float in the channel. Walls (2) of the channel are earthed. Another tank (23) contains water that is delivered into a galvanic electrolyte (18) by a supply pump (24). A silver ion containing aqueous solution, which serves as a disinfectant (9), is formed in the electrolyte. The disinfectant is delivered to the tank (12) by a suction pump (17).
