The therapy or training device has a mobile standing plate (2), on which a person stands. A universal joint (4) is arranged under the standing plate. A lever (25) is provided for pivoting a standing plate around XY axis and is connected with the universal joint at an end. Linear motors (10,11) are arranged around a Z-axis in rotating manner and are affected by a joint bearing (26) at the lever.
