The lifter has two upper extension arms (a, b) and a lower extension arm (c) present at a rod (H) made of metal, wood or plastic. The rod exhibits length of approximately 80 cm. The upper arms are sequentially engaged according to a principle of a gear rod in a recessed grip in an opening cycle of a container cover. The grip and a cover lower side form a bidentate sector of a toothed wheel. The lower arm is supported on a container wall when the cover is opened, and formed as a stopper of an open cover. The lower arm is operated according to a mechanical principle of a free-wheeling ratchet.
