The device has a valve block (15) and/or a cartridge comprising two inlet openings (12, 13) and an outlet opening (11), and two valve elements (20, 30) movably mounted within the valve block. The valve elements are formed with two pressure contact surfaces (40, 50), respectively. The inlet openings lead to the pressure contact surfaces of the valve elements, respectively. A flow exists between one of the inlet openings and the outlet opening during switching status of the device. The valve elements are designed as a longitudinal slide valve and a volumetric flask, respectively.
