The system has a rotor (20) and an exhaust hood that is provided with openings through which air is sucked. Fresh air and exhaust air are supplied to a heat exchanger, where the exhaust air is guided to an exhaust air tube (60). A supply air regulating flap (40) regulates quantity of the supply air. A rotational bearing (80) aligns a supply air hood (10) towards wind. The rotor is used to produce electrical energy. A motor is connected to the rotor and is used as a generator. A cross-section of the hood is enlarged from a front edge of the rotor.
