The suitcase has wheels equipped in a frame and mounted in a housing. The wheels are anchored such that a user is enabled to lift the wheels during an application such as climbing stair from the anchor with a mechanical and hydraulic spring, for bringing the wheels in a right position. The wheel is provided with and without a ball bearing and equipped with an axle that is made of a traditional material e.g. plastic.
