The vehicle has two floaters (1) parallel to each other. Each floater is fixed to a semi-frame (2), where a central body of the floater is in the form of revolution cylinder. The semi-frames are placed between the floaters, and are fixed to one another by an articulation (3). The articulation rotates one of the semi-frames with respect to other semi-frame around a horizontal axis transversal to a direction of length of the floaters. An engine is connected to a propeller.
