The device has a gas bell (4) arranged over an oil storage tank (2). An oil chamber (14) and the gas bell are separated from each other by a membrane (8) that is connected with the oil storage tank in a rotatable manner. An oil line (16) is attached to the oil chamber, and a gas line (6) is attached to the gas bell, where pressure in the gas bell is controlled by connection of the gas line with a pressure-generating unit. Amount of oil in the oil storage tank is controlled by the membrane.
