The machine has a transport device e.g. delivery device or supply device, for transporting a package (4), and a pneumatically operated clutch (3) arranged in such a manner that a conveyor (1) is connectable with a drive shaft. The conveyor is directly arranged in contact with a clutch outer surface (31) of the clutch. A housing of the clutch is designed in a cylindrical or barrel-shape. A clutch inner area and a clutch outer area are rotational-synchronized over a friction pairing by supply of compressed air.
