The device (1) has a discharge device (9) for discharging fluid substances (2) i.e. pasty products. The discharge device has a discharge channel (11) with a discharge opening (12), which is closed with a cover (10). The discharge device and the cover are manufactured in a form fit and primary shaped manner. The discharge device and the cover are connected together by a ball joint (17). The discharge device exhibits a pusher (19) for actuation of a delivery valve (6) of a storage container (4). The discharge device is supported at the cover in a rotatory movable manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for dispensing free flow substances (2) a method for manufacturing a device for dispensing free flow substances.
