The seal (13) has a hollow body (13.1) filled with a plastic and/or hardening medium (13.2) e.g. non-setting resin, after insertion of the seal in to an expandable joint (10). The hollow body is extendible, and is manufactured with a textile and paper, so that mass (14) is stably or reversibly transferred to a profile of a movable or non movable component (12). An external upper surface of the seal is connected to the mass adherent by an adhesion, and is connected to the joint with a component part (11). The external upper surface is connected to a cross-sectional profile.
