Method for lining tunnel walls, comprises directly applying an elastic coating made of polyurea or polyurea mixture on rock surfaces of the tunnel walls by foaming, injecting, rolling or spreading
The method comprises directly applying an elastic coating (5) made of polyurea or polyurea mixture with a portion of 1-95% of polyurea on rock surfaces (3) of tunnel walls by foaming, injecting, rolling or spreading. The flame-retardant material is added to the polyurea mixture in the form of inorganic salts or metal-organic compounds. The coating has a layer thickness of 2-4 mm, and is applied several times one upon the other. A plastic web, plastic thread (4) or plastic offgas is embedded into the coating. Extension strips are embedded in intervals in the coating. The method comprises directly applying an elastic coating (5) made of polyurea or polyurea mixture with a portion of 1-95% of polyurea on rock surfaces (3) of tunnel walls by foaming, injecting, rolling or spreading. The flame-retardant material is added to the polyurea mixture in the form of inorganic salts or metal-organic compounds. The coating has a layer thickness of 2-4 mm, and is applied several times one upon the other. A plastic web, plastic thread (4) or plastic offgas is embedded into the coating. Extension strips are embedded in intervals in the coating and vertically project from the coating, where the strips are 8-20 cm. The coating is applied as an insulating layer between the surface and concrete lining (6), is applied on basement walls, building parts and/or devices for moisture insulation, and is used for sealing mine tunnels or tunnel constructions and for sealing and solidifying rock caves or steep slopes.
