The heater (3) has connections to a feed line and a return line, where the heater is provided in front of a windscreen of a chimney. The heater is moved into a chimney cover, and uses water as a heat carrier. The heater is made of metals or glass ceramics, and connected to a central heater e.g. oil heater or gas heater and floor heater and wall heater, and is used for obtaining industrial water. A flexible hose (6) is connected to the heater.
