The arrangement (10) has a power adjusting device (CS1) arranged between a circuit node (K1) and an external connection (A1) of a capacitive load i.e. piezoactuator (P). The load is powered by the adjusting device during charging. Another power adjusting device (CS2) is arranged between another circuit node (K2) and the external connection of the load. The load is powered by the adjusting device (CS2) during uncharging. A control device (SE) controls the power adjusting devices such that the load is charged during charging phases and uncharged during uncharging phases. An independent claim is also included for a method for charging and uncharging a capacitive load i.e. piezoactuator, of a fuel injection valve of an internal-combustion engine.
