Electrochemical immersion process in an aqueous electrolyte for the generation of a biologically degradation stable surface layer on substrate bodies of titanium or titanium-based alloys with anodic polarization of the base body, characterized in that the electrolyte in the form of an aqueous solution with the inventive components 0,05 – 0,5 mol / l calcium - di - sodium - ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (c10H12N208cana2), 0,05 – 0,5 mol / l ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (nh4H2Po4), 0,5 – 5,0 mol / l of hydrogen peroxide (h2O2) and 0,003 – 0,03 mol / l of pyridine - 2,6 - dicarboxylic acid (c7H5O4N) is formed.
