The plug connector has a plug socket for inserting buoy side cable end into a cylindrical housing part (5). The cylindrical housing part is rotatably supported on a cup-like housing part (7) outwardly in sealed manner. The cup-like housing part is fastened together with a cover (2) to the buoy body. Another plug socket (12) for inserting an outlet cable is attached at the cover. The individual contact units of the plug sockets are electrically connected by abrasive ring arrangements (6) which are arranged inside the cylindrical housing part.
