The device has a sleeve (5) arranged in a hollow space of a tensioning piston (3). The sleeve has an outer surface (18) that lies on an inner surface the piston in an area of a lower edge (17) of the outer surface, in a sealed manner. The sleeve has a through-hole (13) at an end. The sleeve is arranged under formation of a gap (15) between the sleeve and an inner wall of the piston, such that deaeration and leakage-oil discharge from a pressure chamber (6) is performed via the through-hole, the gap, a leakage gap (8) or a hole (7) arranged in a wall of the piston, in a siphoned manner.
