The system operates an elastically rearwardly fixed backrest (2) by a centrifugal force with an upper body and a head of a passenger fixed by an automatically opening and closing head support. The backrest is forwardly pivoted around 14 percentages of an elastic limit of a safety belt. The head support has two side wings (A, B) that are formed with polystyrene and a flexible foam layer. The side wings are connected with hinges (9). The wings are closed around the head such that the wings are fixed with front edge parts at a jaw-bone and a cheekbone of the head.
