The gear has a channel provided parallel to a rotary axis of a worm (1) and formed within the worm, and a worm extension fixedly arranged laterally and on both sides of the worm. A sleeve (8) of the worm extension is provided at transition points of balls (3) between the worm, another worm extension and grooves of a worm wheel (4) and at transition points at the channel in the worm with conduction devices (10, 11). The balls are arranged in the channel, the grooves of the worm, the worm wheel and a worm channel projection. The channel and the channel projection are attached to a worm channel.
