The arrangement has a pulling bow (3) extending from a longitudinal side (10) of a roof opening (9) to an oppositely lying longitudinal side (11) of the roof opening. Drive cables (4, 5) actuate both ends of the bow. A compensation element (8) e.g. torsion spring, is provided additional to the drive cables in a drive path for one of the ends of the bow. The compensation element balances different mechanical properties of the path and is made of elastic plastic material. Lengths of the drive path between a drive (6) e.g. electricmotor, and the ends of the bow are different.
