The cleaner has a tiltable handle (1) with a lower bar arranged at the handle, where a downward opened cover (2) with a lower edge (3) is arranged at the bar. A supply pipe (4) is guided into the cover, and a waste water return pipe (5) is guided from the cover, where the supply pipe ends in a swiveling supported T-part with a rotor nozzle. The lower edge of the cover is designed as a sealing strip i.e. bristle strip. The cover supports on the ground by three wheels shifted around 120 degrees.
