The device (1) has a tubular pipeline provided with U-shaped bent characteristics, where exhaled air flows through the pipeline. An outer side of the pipeline is coupled with a cooling device. The pipeline is designed such that a bend is present below the pipeline when a bracket upwardly extends to both sides of the bend from bottom of the bend. The pipeline includes a constant cross-section with a circular shape, where the pipeline is made of good conductive material i.e. metal. The pipeline is provided in a housing (3).
