The method comprises subjecting a master roller of non-combustible base material for the strip on a winding block, applying an adhesive tap on a side of the base material, subjecting a carrier strengthener on each side of the base material, mounting the base material at the beginning of the master roller to be rolled on a spool element for the reception of the roller material, carrying the coloring process in a coloring device arranged between the master roller and the spool element and positioning the colored materials in the strip with desired width. The method comprises subjecting a master roller of non-combustible base material for the strip on a winding block, applying an adhesive tap on a side of the base material, subjecting a carrier strengthener on each side of the base material, mounting the base material at the beginning of the master roller to be rolled on a spool element for the reception of the roller material, carrying the coloring process in a coloring device arranged between the master roller and the spool element and positioning the colored materials in the strip with desired width. The base material is white ceramic fiber. The adhesive tape is applied on both sides. The carrier strengthener is applied on longitudinal side of the roller material before the coloring process during the application of the adhesive tape and adhered on edges. The carrier strengthener protrudes over the roller material and has wide-meshed grid structure. The adhesive for the carrier strengthener hardens over a period dependent by the selected adhesive before the coloring process.
