The device has a holding frame inserted into fluid lines (11-13) or fastened to an inlet or an outlet (14) of the fluid lines. The holding frame comprises a sensor fastening device for fastening a sensor module to the holding frame, such that a part of the sensor module is placed in fluid flow (3). The sensor module comprises an energy converter for production of electricity, which is required for operating the sensor module, from flow energy of the fluid flow. The holding frame comprises a filter fastening device for fastening a filter that filters the fluid flow.
