The valve (1) has a valve body which is longitudinally displaced in valve housing (2). The valve housing has a seal (4) for fluid-tight sealing of a filter housing or valve inlet channel (7) which is arranged at the filter side or bioreactor side. The seal is sprayed on a base surface of a revolving groove, where a seal has distance from a side wall of the groove. The seal is arranged at the center of the groove at a distance at the side walls limiting the base surface of the groove.
