The method involves providing a database (DB1) in which allocations of client identifiers and agent identifiers are stored. One of the client identifiers is transmitted with a selection of a service call address (SN) of a call center (CC) from a communication device (TB) of clients (B) into a telecommunications network (IN). One of the agent identifiers is identified from the database. The communications device is connected with another communication device (TA) of identified agents (CCA-A), where one of the devices (TA) is associated with the agent identifiers. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementing a communication between communication devices of clients and agents in a call center via a telecommunication network.
