The arrangement (1) has a roller bearing (2) with an inner ring (3), an outer ring (4) and a rolling body (5) arranged between the rings, and a heat pipe (6). The pipe has a section whose surface is in contact with the inner or outer ring, and another section whose surface is in contact with a tempering heat accumulator (7). A temperature sensor (8) detects the temperature of the inner ring and/or the outer ring. A controller (9) controls the temperature of the accumulator depending on the detected temperature. The accumulator is made of metal such as steel, aluminum or copper.
