The combination magnet resonance system (25) has a magnet unit and four axles with a robotic arm, where a magnet unit is connected to an end of the robotic arm with a nuclear medical detector in freely movable manner. The magnet unit and the nuclear-medical detector have a firm relative position, where the magnet unit and the nuclear-medical detector are arranged behind each other along a common longitudinal axis (z).
