The labyrinth-sealing web-repairing process comprises subjecting a metal melt on a component surface to be constructed. The metal melt is produced by melting of particles of metal powder (4), which is transmitted to the surface to be constructed, by laser beam. The laser beam is transferred to the particles of the metal powder in melt-flowable phase and the fluid particle is subjected on the surface. The focusing area of the laser beam has an interval to the surface to be constructed. Welding beads are produced with a thickness of 0.1-0.3 mm through the metal powder particle. The labyrinth-sealing web-repairing process comprises subjecting a metal melt on a component surface to be constructed. The metal melt is produced by melting of particles of metal powder (4), which is transmitted to the surface to be constructed, by laser beam. The laser beam is transferred to the particles of the metal powder in melt-flowable phase and the fluid particle is subjected on the surface. The focusing area of the laser beam has an interval to the surface to be constructed. Welding beads are produced with a thickness of 0.1-0.3 mm through the metal powder particle. The process is carried out under protective gas atmosphere. The metal powder particle is radially subjected related on a turbine disk (1). The welding additive materials or the base materials or one of both high heat-resistant weldable alloys after conventional criteria are used for the process.
