Producing a component made of metallic glasses using a laser beam melt, comprises irradiating at least one metallic material with a focused energy radiation in many tracks. At least the volume element of the metallic materials is completely melted at the impact site of the laser beam, and at least the solidification conditions for the formation of at least amorphous to nanocrystalline structure of the component is realized simultaneously for the volume element.
