The wall has rotation bodies e.g. cylinders (1), connected with each other, where the cylinders are pulled transverse to flow of slow running liquid i.e. natural water body, by lifting forces produced during rotation of the rotation bodies. Energy producing systems use traction forces and movements of the rotation bodies, where the rotation bodies move bidirectionally in a circular path transverse to the flow of the slow running liquid. The rotation bodies are divided into a set of sections and are attached to force-transmitting traction systems by an intermediate layer.
