The device has an image field forming module with a random number generator (3) in a horizontal axis of an image field and a random number generator (4) in a perpendicular axis of the field. Outputs of the generators are connected with respective inputs of an image matrix forming controller (9) e.g. 8-digit microcontroller, via a data and control bus. An output of the controller is connected with an input of a connection module (11) e.g. Universal serial buscontroller. An output of the connection module is connected with an input of a display module (1) e.g. mobile phone display.
