The device has a stimulation element (7) i.e. piezoelectric stack, and a vibrating element (9) that is stimulated to vibrate by the stimulation element, where the vibrations lead to air flow (4). An alternating voltage producing devices produces an alternating voltage that is applied to the stimulation element. The frequency of the produced alternating voltage corresponds to the natural frequency of the vibrating element. A connecting element is provided between the stimulation element and the vibrating element and mechanically connected with the stimulation element and the vibrating element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electronic circuit comprising a radiator box (2) a method for producing an airflow (3) a method for cooling an electronic circuit.
