The method involves fixing a raw hose (6) on two hose ends (8) in a plug device (7) which is arranged on one side or both sides of the raw hose. The raw hose is, particularly made of polyurethane, poly vinyl chloride or low density polyethylene. The raw hose is stretched in a longitudinal direction by an axially operating traction mechanism of the hose, where a hose-lumen is impinged with high pressure by the blowing mandrels (9). The raw hose is tightly clamped by the blowing mandrel. An independent claim is included for a device for manufacturing thin walled hose elements.
