The tank (3) has receiver points (6-8) provided in different filling heights. A delivery pipe feeds surplus rain water into a drain system (5) during overfilling of the tank. The tank is subdivided into an inner tank segment (12) and an outer tank segment (11). The segments are provided with thermally insulation spacers. A circulating pump is supplied by a solar module (14). A water filling unit is used as a thermal storage. An outer wall of the storage reflects heat in heat zones. An insulation layer (13) separates the outer tank segment from the inner tank segment.
