The system has a perception environment influencing device taking an action on a relevant part of a perceptual environment of a human e.g. driver, where an attraction in a sensory organ of the human is released or changed by the action on the perceptual environment. An evaluation unit identifies reaction of information systems i.e. nerve system, of the human to the action based on information i.e. neural impulse. A reference unit interprets a control decision of the human and/or establishes a reference between the control decision of the human and surroundings by the identified reaction. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a machine.
