Dermatological ointment comprises: saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in the form of stearic acids and/or oleic acids of shea butter as a basic substance A; glucose and fructose with bound water molecules of honey as a basic substance B; unsaturated fatty acids in the form of linoleic- and linolenic acids of chia seed oil as dermatologically active substance C, and hemp oil as a substance D in a mixing ratio of 40:4-20:1-15:15-1 (A:B:C:D). The ointment contains dermatologically active plant enzyme in an amount of 0.3-3 wt.%. An independent claim is included for preparing a dermatological ointment, comprising heating the substance A above its melting point to a low-viscose liquid, mixing the substance B, C and powdered plant enzyme under retention of heated state, cooling the mixture to a temperature of = 40[deg] C, that is uncritical for a temperature sensitivity substance D, at which the mixture maintains the viscous liquid state, mixing the substance D, portioning the viscous liquid mixture and cooling the portioned mixture to room temperature.
